Saubhagya Shunthi – Ayurvedic Classical Medicine:

Saubhagya Shunthi Indication: Acts as an aphrodisiac for both men and women. In males, it helps in the process of spermatogenesis and thus increases the quality and quantity of semen. In females, it is useful in various gynecological disorders like leucorrhoea & dysmenorrhoea. Also acts as a useful tonic for women during the lactation period.

Ingredients:

Keseru (Scirpus kysoor), Singhada (Trapa natans), Kamal doda (Nelumbo nucifera), Mustak (Cyperus rotundus), Safed jirak (Cuminum cyminum), Kala Jirak (Carum bulbocastanum), Jaiphala (Myristica fragrans), Javitri (Myristica fragrans), Lavanga (Syzygium aromaticus), Chhadula (Parmelia perlata), Nagkeshra (Mesua ferrea), Tejpatra (Cinnamum inners), Dalchini (Cinnamum zeylanicum), Kachoor (Curcuna zeodaria), Dhatki (Woodfordia fruticosa), Sukshmaila (Ellataria cardamum), Saunf (Foeniculum vulgare), Dhania (Coriandrum sativum), Gajpippali (Scindapsus officinalis), Pippali (Piper longum), Marich (Piper nigurm), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)-0.67% (each of the above ingredients), Loh bhasm (Calcined iron), Abhrak (Calcined mica)-0.67% (each), Shunthi (Zingiber Officinalis)-20.13%, Sharkara (Sugar)-53.69%, Go ghrita-10.06%, Cow’s milk-Q.S.Prepared and retained as per Paka nirmana vidhi. Available in granules form.

Dosage:

5 to 10 gms. to be taken twice in a day with milk or water or as directed by the physician.
