Shringyadi Churnam – Ayurvedic Classical Medicine:

Indications:

Shringyadi churnam is recommended in Acute & chronic cough & cold, fever, bronchitis and anorexia etc.

Ingredients:

Each 5gms. contains:Kakrashringi(Pistaciaintegerrima),Harad(Terminaliachebula),Bahera(Terminalia bellerica), Amla (Emblica officinale), Saunth (Zingiber officinalis), Pippali (Piper longum), Marich (Piper nigrum), Kantkari (Solanum indicum), Bharangi (Clerodendrum serratum), Pushkarmool (Inula racemosa), Saindhav lavan (Rock salt), Krishan lavan (Black salt), Vidd lavan (Vidd lavan), Samundra lavan (Sea salt), Sauvarchal lavan-6.66% each of the above ingredients.

Dosage:

2 to 6 gms. to be taken morning and evening with equal quantity of Honey or as directed by the physician.
