Indication of Talisadi Churna:
It is recommended in Acute & chronic cough & cold, fever, bronchitis, anorexia. It is also helpful in digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, the low digestive fire. It acts as an expectorant and is a Bronchodilator.
Side Effects:
There are no side effects, but In higher doses, it may cause burning sensation and gastritis.
People with diabetes best avoid this, as it contains sugar as an ingredient.
Dosage:
2 to 4 gms to be taken morning and evening with an equal quantity of honey or with or as directed by the physician.
