Vidangarishta – Ayurvedic Classical Medicine:

Vidangarishta Indication: Useful in all types of intestinal worms, intestinal abscess, abdominal lump, Fistula in any & all other abdominal disorders due to worms.

Composition:

Each 15 ml contains:
Vidanga (Embelia ribes), Pippali (Piper longum), Rasana (Pluchea lanceoalata), Kutaj chhal (Halorrhena antidysentrica), Kutaj phala (Halorrhena antidysentrica), Patha (Cissampelos pareira), Elavaluka (Prunus avium), Amla (Emblica officinalis)-1 part (each of above ingredients), Water for decoction-Q.S. (as per text reference), Reduced to-Q.S. (as per text reference), Guda (Jaggery)-60 parts, Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa)-1part, Dalchini (Cinnamum zeylanicum), Sukshamaila (Elettaria cardamum), Tej patra (Cinnamum inners), Priyangu (Callicarpa macrophylla), Kanchnar (Bauhnia variegata), Lodhra (Symplocos recemosus)-0.4 parts (each of the above ingredients), Shunthi (Zingiber officinalis), Pippali (Piper longum), Marich (Piper nigrum)-1.6 parts (each of the above ingredients),
Prepared and retained as per Asava-Arishta nirmana vidhi.

Mode of Use:

15 to 30 ml. with an equal quantity of water half an hour after meals twice daily or as directed by the physician.
