Shipping Policy
All Orders will be shipped to the “Delivery Address” given at the time of placing an order and will be processed within 24 Hours of receipt of the order.
Shipping Policy & Charges:
Shipping Policy & charges will be calculated at the time of your purchase through www.deepayurveda.com and you will be able to view this in your cart before proceeding for checkout.
Address Details:
Please ensure that you enter the correct address details when making your purchase and that you need to mention the person and company name who are going to receive the order on behalf of you (if the order is delivered to a business address). Deep Ayurveda does not take responsibility for the failure of order delivery due to incorrect shipping address or person & company name not being mentioned at the time of submitting the order.
Returned Parcels:
Should your parcel be returned due to incorrect details being provided or the parcel not being collected, you will have the option to have the parcel resent. Standard shipping charges will be applied to resend of the parcel. Should you wish to instead receive a refund, Deep Ayurveda will assess the parcel to ensure no damage has taken place and if so provide you with a refund.
Damaged Goods:
