 Chandraprabha Vati – Ayurvedic Classical Medicine: 

Chandraprabha Vati is used in Ayurvedic medicine for urinary tract infection, difficulty in urination, urinary calculi. It helps to relieve constipation, bloating, abdominal colic pain, low back pain, managing cold, cough, rhinitis, bronchitis, asthma and such other respiratory diseases.

It is used in eczema, dermatitis, pruritis and allergic skin conditions, piles, liver, spleen diseases, anemia, and fistula. It helps to relieve teeth problems like caries, eye infections. It is used to manage semen defects and gynecological problems. And It also helps to relieve indigestion, improves strength, it is a natural aphrodisiac and anti-aging Ayurvedic medicine.

 Ingredients of Chandraprabha vati: 

Karpur (Camphor), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Chirayita (Swertia chirayita), Giloye (Tinospora cordifolia), Devdaru (Cedrus deodaru), Haridra (Curcuma longa), Ativisha (Aconitum heterophyllum), Daruhaldi (Berberis aristata), Pippalamool (Piper longum root), Chitrakmool (Plumbago zeylanicum), Dhanyaka (Coriandnum sativum), Harad (Terminalia chebula), Bahera (Terminalia bellerica), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Chavya (Piper chaba), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), Gajpippali (Scindaspus officinalis).

Shunthi (Zingiber officinalis), Kali marich (Piper nigrum), Pippali (Piper longum), Swarnmakshika bhasma (Calcined Chalcopyrite), Yavkshara (Yavakshara), Sajjikshara (Sajjikshara), Saindhav lavan (Rock salt), Krishan lavan (Black salt), Vidd lavan (Black salt)-2.20 mg. (each of the above ingredients), Trivrit (Operculina turpethum), Dantimool (Baliospermum montanum), Tejpatra (Cinnamum inners), Dalchini (Cinnamum zeylanicum), Sukshmaila (Elettaria cardamum), Vanshlochan (Bambusa arundinacia)-7.5 mg.  Uses: 

• Kapura-Kapura is used in Ayurvedic medicines to heal rheumatism as well as muscular pains and aches. It can also help decrease cholesterol levels.
• Chiraiyta-Chirata is used for fever, constipation, upset stomach, loss of appetite, intestinal worms, skin diseases, and cancer. Some people use it as a bitter tonic.
• Giloy-It is useful in the management of jaundice and related diseases of the liver and also useful in skin diseases.
• Devdaru-It is useful in urinary tract disorders and diabetes. It relieves constipation.
• Haridra-Its external application relieves inflammation, swelling, pain, improves skin complexion, cleanses and heals wounds.
• Ativisa-It relieves swelling, edema. It has anti-inflammatory activity.
• Daruharidra-It helps to cure spasmodic pain, and it is very beneficial for patients of menorrhagia and leucorrhoea.
• Pippali-It improves digestion strength. It has anti-aging & rejuvenative activity.
• Chitrak-Chitrak is used in treating intestinal troubles, dysentery, leucoderma, inflammation, piles, bronchitis, itching, diseases of the liver, and consumption.
• Dhankya-Coriandrum Sativum is rich in Calcium and can be very much helpful in managing arthritis and other bone-related problems.
• Harad-It is useful in skin disease and also to relieves inflammation.
• Bahera-It is a rejuvenating and laxative. It proves beneficial for hair, throat, and eyes.

1 to 2 Tablets to be taken twice or thrice in a day with water, milk or as directed by the physician.
