
Deep Ayurveda – Shipping Policy
At Deep Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic wellness essentials with care, speed, and transparency. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity for both our domestic (India) and international customers.
📦 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999/- ( Only in India)
A nominal charge of ₹50–₹100 applies on orders below ₹999 based on weight and location.
- Cash on Delivery: (COD) is available only for India Order. A nominal COD fee of ₹99 or 2% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be applied.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Courier Partners: We work with top logistics partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.
🌍 International Shipping
Shipping Charges:
International shipping rates vary based on order amount, weight, destination, and courier partner.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation and successful payment.
Delivery Time:
Typically 7–10 working days depending on location and customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary from country to country.
Flight delays, cancellations and customs delays are beyond our control. Due to the time required for custom and import clearance and forwarding delivery timeline may suffer. Please note that the delivery timings will also be bound by the custom policies and regulations of your region.
Additional charges, for customs clearance of the shipment, if any, shall be paid by the recipient. Deep Ayurveda has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
In rare cases, you may have to coordinate with customs, or local post office for the clearance of the shipment. In such case, we will keep you informed with all relevant information.
Shipping Partners:
We use reliable global logistics networks like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and India Post International.
📩 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track the status of your order anytime through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.
📌 Important Notes:
Please ensure accurate address and contact details at the time of placing the order.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
Deep Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
